Caliectasia would mean a dilatation of the calyx, that part of the kidney's urine collecting system. Dilatation would mean there may be an obstructive or non-obstructive cause. This needs further investigation. There are a number of causes, rangng from temporary to permanent. The safest approach is a consultation with a Urologist, who would do more tests to determine the cause of the obstruction. @krissything@
