I have had the same problems with my right shoulder too!! (your not alone!). Mine has been severe mainly at night too!!! My family has had a long history of scoliosis though, so I thought it my have somthing to do with that. IT DOES!!!!! but also there are other ways to like PINCHED nerves which cause it too!! I'm not sure if this can help or not due to the fact that im only 12 years old. Also if your like me and play sports (like softball:) ) It could be a muscle soreness!! I hope this has helped!!!
