It could mean many things. You could be pregnant or have a UTI/ blatter infection/kidney infection. If you are further along in pregnancy it could be round ligament pain or contractions.
Im 9wks2days lower back pain since 6wks, now stomach pains. Was told its normal, possibly round ligament pains or maybe simply gas lol.
your stomach sodluhn't really hurt when you're pregnant, although you can have round ligament, pain in the sides as the muscles and ligaments stretch, and pelvic pain. Rubbing alchohol won't hurt a fetus unless you are drinking it.
Totally normal! It's something called round ligament pain. It the ligaments that are connected to your uterus stretching and growing for baby.
We generally do not recommend anything tight around the abdomen when pregnant, it can reduce the circulation to the legs and increase your risk of blood clots and vericose veins. If you are having pain, discuss it with your doctor, it depends on what is causing your pain. You could be having round ligament pain which is due to the stretching of the ligaments that support the uterus as it grows.

I would ask your doctor. However, when I was having pains in the side when I was 20 weeks pregnant, My doctor said that it was Round ligament pain. Its just when the ligaments are not wanting to stretch anymore, So its kinda like a muscle cramp.
Pregnancy it's self does not cause pain . Labor causes pain but that would be a different question.
I get these all the time and I'm not Pregnant. I also suffer from extremely painful periods and randomly have intense pains lasting 10-30 minutes in what feels like my ovaries, these sometimes cause a fever and a feeling of nausea due to the intensity of the pain. I've just had an ultrasound on my pelvis to check that all is ok and everything looks normal. Looks like I'm stuck with them for the long haul.
