When you will rub a thing that magnet attracts on magnet than the magnetic particles will transmitted into that thing and that thing becomes magnet. For example:when you will rub a pin on magnet than it will also become magnetic and it will attract other pins also.

To understand this explanation you must first know:

1)magnetic fields exert force on moving electric charges

2)moving electric charges create magnetic fields

The spin of the electrons in a ferromagnet are initially unaligned, the electrons in each atom of the ferromagnet are spinning in any which direction each of them please. Magnetic fields can be created by electric charges in motion. Just like you get a magnetic field from running current through a wire. When a ferromagnet is introduced into a magnetic field the rotation of the electrons are forced into alignment perpendicular to that of the magnetic field. If you then remove the magnetic field you are left with a bunch of electrons in the ferromagnet which are all spinning in the same direction this creates a magnetic field large of enough for you to notice. In other words the magnetic field was always there to begin with but the disarray and asynchronous motion of the electrons never summed up to a large enough magnetic field to be noticed easily, once aligned their individual magnetic fields sum up. This also means that a ferromagnet can be magnetized in any direction.

If it can be magnetized you can heat it up past its' Currie point and let it cool down in a magnetic field. You can swipe a magnet along it in the same direction several times to magnetize it. That aligns the magnetic domains in the material.

It contains iron and is magnetized in the direction of the magnetic poles. This can be undone by heating the rock past a certain point.

How are the domains of unmagnetized magnetic material arranged?

Something is either magnetized or not magnetized. There is no such thing as "unmagnetized magnetic" material.

If a nail is made of steel will it be magnetized why?

Yes, if a nail is made of steel, it will will not be magnetized unless it is magnetized by a magnet by being hit.

Can a non-magnetic drill collar be magnetized?

No Scott non-magnetic flex monels can not become magnetized.

What happens if you bring two iron nails close to each other?

Unless one or both iron nails are magnetized, then nothing will happen. If one nail is magnetized, then the other nail will be attracted to the magnetized nail.

Gravity causes things to fall to the ground. I believe it can push or pull things to the ground, to the center of the magnetized earth.

How are The magnetic domains in non-magnetized materials different from the magnetic domains in magnetized materials?

In non magnetized material the domains are not ordered -they do not align with one another.

How are domain arranged in materials that are magnetized and in ones that are not?

Domains in magnetized materials are all aligned in one direction - those in un-magnetized objects are arranged randomly.
