We live in fear because instead of living for the present we live in the past and from the past assume the future. Therefore there is no living in the present and the future is the past. This means we live in the past This results in fear and as we continue to live like this fear grips our lives. We fear death, the future, the past, evil, to loose what we have and love, nature, pain, illness etc. We seem to fear the known and the unknown. The unknown is not known therefore this fear grips us when we see things that do not make sense. We do not know how to handle this fear. Our bodies thirteen's and we feel cold and this is fear at its core. Especially when death confronts us or we face the Panama's.
