The sudden vibration in the plates inside the crust causes the earths crust to rise & fall.
rise
Plate tectonics, the movement of the large pieces of the earth's crust, give rise to great stress along the boundaries of the plates. Wikipedia has a post on plate tectonics, and a link is provided.
Magma flows out of a weak spot in the Earth's crust due to the build-up of pressure from the molten rock beneath the surface. This pressure can result from the heat and movement of tectonic plates, creating pathways for magma to rise and eventually erupt onto the surface as lava.
As the oceanic crust descends beneath the continental crust, the mantle rock is subjected to high pressure and temperature. This causes the mantle rock to partially melt, producing magma that can rise to the surface and form volcanoes. The interaction of the descending oceanic crust with the continental crust can also lead to earthquake activity.
The tidal effect (guess where it got that name) caused by the gravity of the Sun and Moon.

Through cracks, holes or vents in the earths crust.
Tides
When mass is added to Earth's crust, it causes the crust to subside and sink due to the increased weight. Conversely, when mass is removed from the crust, it can rebound and rise due to the decreased load. This process is known as isostatic adjustment and can result in changes in the Earth's topography.
The magma is in the mantle, the layer under the crust. There is a convection current caused by radioactivity in the inner core which causes the plates to move. Therefore the constructive plates move apart which means magma can rise up. It'll then solidify and this is what makes volcanoes. Hence CONSTRUCTive.

The causes of change in demand is due to the rise and fall of price.
The hormones that rise and fall.
The gravitational pull of the moon.
Anticline formation occurs when compression causes the crust to rise in one area, forming an upward fold, while syncline formation happens when compression causes the crust to sink in another area, forming a downward fold.
The position of the moon because of its gravitational pull.
