It's a rocker arm tapping at valve stem. Hydraulic lifters (hydraulic rocker mounts) are the common reason for the ticking. If it doesn't go away when the engine heats up, consider replacing the lifter where the ticking comes from.
Check battery and starter.

Could be a bad turn signal flasher
If it is a 4.0 SOHC then they had many issue with the CAM chain guides. Upper and lower, we had ours replaced under warranty 6 times then the FORD deal said they would no longer warrant it. Almost sound like a diesel when at idol.
