Usually it is wax in the washer ports. Use s needle to clear the wax from the orifice.

The windshield washer pump on a Chrysler Sebring convertible is replaced by disconnecting the wiring harness and unbolting the pump. It can then be lifted from its mounting bracket and a new pump put into place.

It is mounted on the bottom side of the washer fluid plastic tank. That would be where the fluid gos in at.
if true to Chrysler form, it will be attached to the bottom of the windshield washer container.
