Lol! :D No offense. I think you mean WOOLY BEAR CATERPILLARS. They aren't really bears, they're teeny cute and fuzzy caterpillars. But, be careful around them. If you touch them they can hurt you with their hairs really badly!

The woolly bear caterpillar will hibernate in the winter. This is when animals seem to sleep all winter. Their heart beat slows down, they don't use as many calorie's, and they almost look dead. Then in the spring, they wake up, start eating, and spin their cocoons. Soon they come out a moth.
