you should give some choices. DO you mean in an infection? What are you talking about? Brain cells are the "first" to act. They give the commands to neurons to tell other cells to do things (actually, they tell whole body parts and body systems to do things "FIRST!")
But maybe lymphocytes or T or B cells, if you are talking about infection.
Maybe platelettes if you are talking about wounds (if blood needs to close off a "leak" somewhere)
If you are talking about which jail cell "acts" first when someone new comes into a jail - It would be the one that wants to kill you, or make you their bit*h.
Next time, give more information.
A latent cell. You can remember this because the word "latent" has the word "late" in it, and a latent cell does not take over right away, therefor it is "late".
it took away the right to criticize public officials
Technically no. Because your parents didn't buy the cell phone for you, they have no legal right to take it away from you.
No way! that . . . . . can not take it away because that is called stealing.
The cell membrane acts as a "goalie" for a plant cell, controlling what substances can enter and exit the cell to maintain internal balance.
I don't think Gandhi liked them because he was all about peace and rights and the R acts took away someones right to trial if suspected for terrorism. :)
The outer layer of a cell that acts as a gatekeeper is called the cell membrane. It regulates the movement of substances in and out of the cell to maintain internal balance.

the nucleus
The mitochondria.
To hold the cell together. It acts as a barrier
