First of all photosynthesis is a process of converting solar energy into a form of energy that can be utilized by the plant or algae. It mainly occurs in leaves (green) but it also occasionally occurs in stem and branches. The mail components involved in photosynthesis are grana, lamella and stomata. Stomata are small openings. Grana is like a pile of discs which are connected by lamella. These three organs combine to form this rxn.

6CO2 +6H20 ------ C6H12O6

Furthermore photosynthesis is divided in light and dark reaction. Dark rxn may occur at daytime but doesn't require light.

What two cellular processes are involved in the oxygen-carbon cycle?

Photosynthesis and cellular respiration are the two cellular processes involved in the oxygen-carbon cycle. In photosynthesis, plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen, while in cellular respiration, organisms take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. These processes are interrelated and essential for balancing oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere.

What two cellular processes are involved in the oxygen carbon cycle?

Photosynthesis and respiration are the two cellular processes involved in the oxygen carbon cycle. During photosynthesis, plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen, while during respiration plants and animals take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide.

Which of these is NOT a structure or chemical found in a chloroplast?

Mitochondria. Mitochondria are organelles involved in cellular respiration, while chloroplasts are organelles involved in photosynthesis.

Some unicellular organisms are motile and some are nonmotile which cellular structures are associated with movement a flagella b chloroplast vacuoles d ribosomes?

A) flagella are cellular structures associated with movement in unicellular organisms. They are long, whip-like structures that help propel the organism through its environment. Vacuoles are membrane-bound sacs that store materials and assist with cell structure and shape. Ribosomes are involved in protein synthesis. Chloroplasts are organelles involved in photosynthesis and are typically found in plant cells.

Is chlorophyll involved when cellular respiration happens?

No, chlorophyll is not directly involved in cellular respiration. Chlorophyll is primarily responsible for capturing light energy during photosynthesis in plants. Cellular respiration, on the other hand, is the process by which cells break down glucose to produce ATP, the energy currency of the cell.
