In a dictatorial government, there is only one leader who rules the country. Usually, he is able to take the highest seat in the government without being elected by the people. A dictator most often times use force to keep his control over almost anything about the country where he is. Aside from that, public opinion and individual rights are not allowed to be exercised in a dictatorial form of government
A Democracy is where the government is headed by the leader in a political party (Barack Obama, democratic party) and citizens have equal say in how the government is run.
Fascists often support ultranationalism, authoritarianism, and the suppression of opposition. They typically promote a strong centralized government led by a dictatorial leader, who holds absolute power and controls all aspects of society. Fascists also prioritize the collective over the individual and often advocate for the use of violence and militarism to achieve their goals.

In a dictatorial leadership, the disadvantage of it is that, one cannot express ones own opinion or feelings towards the decision the dictatorial leader serves. Unlike in a democratic leadership wherein the members also participate in the decision making and through this, that person can express his own opinion towards it (I mean who knows maybe the dictatorial leader forgot something, and with this he/she can think about the pros and cons in ones final decision)

a dictatorial country is when a dictator (leader that tells you what your occupation is and basically tells you everything you will do whether it has to kiss his boot, etc.) Some countries that have dictatorship is Iraq, Cuba, and Iran.
Judaism does not have a centralized leadership.
