Anne faced many problems in her short life. One was her own personality: Boisterous, straightforward, and in the words of her friend Kitty Egyedi: "Sometimes blunt with people to the point of being cruel". She worked hard on controlling that, but was only partially successful. Then, her family went into hiding. Eight people in about 550 square feet of space is going to be problematic for everyone, that is a given. Add to that the fact that she had to share her room with a middle aged man while she was going through puberty - and she had to be absolutely still and silent eight hours of the day.

Some of the great challenges overcame by Anne Frank are her being in the Holocaust of course! She struggled to survive along with her sister Margot Frank. Thinking her father had been "gassed" and not knowing about her Mother, Anne had little strength to survive. She also she survived not having her friends around her, feeling guilty that she had shelter and her friend was probably somewhere cold and starving. And in her latest diary entries, she showed the beginning of some compassion for her mother, where she had had only disdain before.

Anne Frank faces challenges like she was a Jewish girl Nazi Germany. She did not have freedom. When she was in the hiding place she didn't know what's happening outside. In the hiding place there was little food couldn't use the toilet, very small place for 8 people to live there.

Apart from the same problems that everyone had to deal with (ie: finding food, staying warm, keeping healthy with no medicines available, not getting shot, etc.), Anne Frank also had the problem that she was Jewish in a German-occupied country (The Netherlands, better known as Holland)

Because of this, Anne Frank had to hide up in the tiny attic of a house in Amsterdam, sometimes for days at a time, so she would not be found by German soldiers and taken away to a concentration camp.

I actually saw this house on a trip to Europe when I was thirteen, and I was shocked by the conditions that she had to endure for more than two years.

For a complete answer, you would be best served by reading her diary.
