One problem with smaller computers is that they tend to use custom or proprietary parts. They are often too small or lack the expansion slots needed for upgrades. The things you want to upgrade might be built into the motherboard. The compact PCs often use boards similar to those in other PCs, but with parts removed, so you often don't have all the necessary hardware or connectors needed, so you might not be able to install all the RAM the chipset was made to handle. The smaller PCs often rely on smaller power supplies which won't be able to handle too many upgrades.
CPU might be overheating. try clelaning the dust away or upgrading the heat-symc and fan.
One might go to a computer technician as him/her to update the bios. Or one could do it at home. If upgrading at home, the needed software can be downloaded from Dell's official website.
It might not be your computer that is being slow. It might be your browser, try upgrading it to the newest form of your browser. If your browser is up to date then it might be your flash player, upgrade it to the newest one. if both of the above don't apply try closing any browser windows that you are not using, put all your work onto a removable drive (such as a pen drive) or try upgrading you PC.
The CPU socket does not affect computer upgrading as much as one might think. There are some motherboards that can have a different CPU installed, resulting in increased performance. Many motherboards, however, are designed with a specific CPU in mind, and it is better, and cheaper in the long run, to replace the motherboard or even the entire system unit. (You can buy a whole new system for less than the price of replacing a motherboard, memory, and hard drives.)
it may be to do with upgrading the built in free view or it might be for free sat...??

You might want to try clearing your cache or checking your internet connection. Otherwise, your computer may have caught a virus or is normally slow due to older versions or incompatible versions of Adobe Flash. Try upgrading flash if clearing your cache does not work and/or your internet connection is fine.
You might consider upgrading or buying the V6 turbo version. That engine is the same as the gran national eng and has tremendous power potential.
If you were to ask NASA how space challenges might be overcome, they would undoubtedly tell you that the answer is more funding. Fund the research and the challenges will be overcome.
pretty small. they've [microsoft, etc.] already started developing a computer watch. :]
Because it helps the scientists develop a better understanding of the things they otherwise might not be able to understand without a computer model. It also helps because you can see the smaller things like a cell or an atom that the naked eye could not normally see without the help of a microscope.
