∙ 11y agoOnly 15% to 25% of people inherit this disease from a relative. So it is not very likely but that doesn't mean you wouldn't get it for sure. But just because knowing that your mom has this disease that you might get it doesn't mean you should be worried because this disease is not fatal and there are many people who live with it.
