It depends if you are a boy or a girl. Girls find it harder to go through puberty because they have to deal with their periods. Girls usually start at the of 12-14. The first sign a girl might get in puberty might be pubic hairs or breast development. Boys find it easier to get used the changes of puberty. They start around the age of 14-16 The first sign they might get is pubic hairs or their voice breaking. When their voice breaks it means that it would change into a deeper voice, but of course it will be squeaky at first. Boys might also get broader shoulders and might start to grow muscles.
Puberty doesn't just change you physically it also changes you emotionally, mentally and spiritually. As you go through the changes you might start to get interested in the opposite sex and you also might start to mature more.
