I think that the soap network is no longer on air. I have comcast and use to watch Y &R in the evening now the channel is no longer listed. I read somewhere that the soap network was going to be taken off so I guess it was. I miss it.

On TV. If you don't want to even pay for a TV, go to the pub, buy the lady of the house a drink and watch it on theirs. If you're too tight fisted to buy someone a drink, stand outside a TV shop while they are showing soaps, and watch there Or just go to a friends house and watch on their TV. C Bad or if you have a computer you could watch it on youtube
Yes people do watch soap operas. The audiance is in the millions. There is a list of hundreds of soap operas in every countrie. Like Search for Tomorrow (1951-1986) had 9130 episodes and was one of the first Soap Operas.

Well, just about anything - the same as you would in England or America or wherever you're writing this from. We watch American shows like Friends, Scrubs, Family Guy, South Park (I'm just naming my favs) we watch Irish soaps, English soaps, Australian soaps... the news... documentaries... I don't really understand your question as Irish people watch the same stuff as any other people - unless your question is rooted in a wondering if Irish people watch tv? Because if that's the question, then yes, yes we do. It's a first world country.
Sure. Watch documentaries and news and you'll learn things. Give up school to watch soaps or sports and you won't learn anything.
You could go hang out with friends and watch a movie! :)
I believe it was 11th March 1994. I don't watch "soaps", but I got that from Wikipedia.
