- In chapter 12 (page 17) Mikan drags Natsume to central town where she catches him looking into a girly store at a hair clip. Mikan's thoughts wander to Natsume sitting in front of a mirror, in a dress, applying lipstick, which she soon decides is an awful thought.
- In chapters 56-57 Natsume gets stuck to Mikan after eating some rigged mochi. Soon after this, Mikan gets an invitation to a pretentious banquet for women only. Since her and Hotaru have males stuck to them for several reasons, the boys must dress up as women in order for them all to be able to attend the dinner.
