Harking back to history it would be fun to use some historical female costumes, such as Joan of Arc and Amelia Earhart. Flight helmets and goggles can be purchased from army-navy stores and leather jackets are quite practical for the falol. the Girl Knight poses more creative problems , but commercial Joan Of Arc cosutme are available and she stands out, lilke the Goodyear Blimp- unique. there have been some variaitons as one I saw in a theatre once calleed (lady Ajax, above the waist a Kngiht costume with visored helmet- but below a Blue and White(Greek national colors ) skirt, Lady Ajaqzx came ont eh scene to comically break-up a Burlesque act, as she was called lady Ajax and not St. Joan there was no question of sacrilege. Ajaz was a greek warrior hero anyhow so the Greek costume fit. [plenty of ideas, ) and why Not the Girl Czarina of all the Russias in incognita with Trench coat, Black Garrison hat (no badge worn, this was also worn by non-rated men in the agency- Police artists and photographers, chauffeurs, platform conductors, etc, who were uniformed in a sense but not rated polixce or other officials- hence no badge on the hat. This is Stacy"s escape costume in the cartoon film . she has brown boots also- it woukld be nice for dressier get-up inside or underneath. An astasia has gained ground as a Halloween lass since the film in l997. Floreat Anastasia! and the Girl Knight and Aviatreix are uppity ideas too! Gooid Luck, bnut remember- Once a Knight is enough! ( There4"s too much at stake!)
