It really depends on the game but after you complete the missions then you have unlocked Yourself, Barricade, Blackout, Brawl, Megatron, and Starscream. (Decepticon version) In the Autobot Version, you unlocked Yourself, Bumblebee, Jazz, Ironhide, Optimus Prime, and Ratchet.
