Lots. The Prince, Montague, Mr and Mrs Capulet, the Nurse, Friar Lawrence, Balthazar, Benvolio, Paris's page, Abram, Samson, Gregory, Peter.
Well, Romeo and Juliet die, obviously, and so do Tybalt, Paris, and Mercutio.
Romeo and Juliet's parents do not die, and neither does the Friar or the Nurse. Other than that, all the characters live except the ones mentioned above.
Juliet fakes her death and Romeo drinks poison because he thought Juliet was dead then she stabbed herself. Tybalt and Mercutio died in swordfights. Mrs. Montague died because she was depressed.
Actually,
everyone lives except for about a handful of characters, (the ones that die):
-Romeo
-Juliet
-Mercutio
-Paris
-Romeo's mother
-Tybalt
Horatio. Fortinbras. The English Ambassador. These three are on stage at the end. There are, of course, a number of characters who we assume are still alive: the gravediggers, Reynaldo, Voltimand and Cornelius, the players, the pirates and Osric.
Lord and lady capulet
friar, lady montague, lord capulet, Benvolio and the nurse is still alive at the end of the play but Tybalt, Juliet, Romeo, Mercutio and paris.
Mercutio's character is virtually non-existant in brooke's version

Romeo and Juliet
