an atomic number of 2 and an atomic weight of about 4. So it has 2 protons, 2 neutrons, and 2 electrons. It has a complete valence shell (the smallest atom with this attribute) which makes it the smallest noble gas. It has a cas# of 7440-59-7... I'm not sure what you're asking. I can go on but it would be better if you'd ask a more specific question. You can email me too.

As far as I know a He "atom" has no charge because the number of electrons is the same as that of protons (2 and 2). If your question doesn't contain a Typing Error and an aton is a real scientific term I don't know the answer. Hope this helped a bit
