Either modified or full choke... full choke keeps the shot in a tighter bunch, so it is better for a longer shot.
modifified with 71/2 shot has been successful for me.
Modified or full. If using full let them get out a bit. Mod usually never leaves my pump. My over under has mod for the first shot and full for the second
Modified should do well for you
Full
We would use a modified or full choke, and #4 shot.
full choke
full choke
depends on the game you are hunting
One not designed for use with steel shot.
Improved cylinder will be fine.
The choke spreads fairly quickly and is use for upland hunting such as: quail, rabbits and close range game.
Yes. The 410 does not do as much damage to a rabbit as as 20 guage or a 12 gauge. A 410 is good because it does not take a lot to kill a rabbit, and they are usually shorter in length then the other guns. Rabbit hunting is often done in thick brush and a shorter barrell is easier to control. Plus it puts more of a challange in the hunt. Hunting should be a challenge, otherwise it would be boring. I personally use a 20 gauge with light loads for rabbit. As soon as I can I'm going to get a 410 for rabbit hunting though. It should be a blast. Happy hunting and remember, be safe.
Choke collars are for hunting dogs & working dogs. Those dogs need those collars to behaive.
for close range use a modified it is a really versital choke but what i use for long range is a full i got 5 ducks with a full choke i know it ain't alot but i just started last year
Improved cylinder or larger. Actually alot of folks do very well with a skeet gun.
Yes, the Romans used ferrets for rabbit hunting.
