The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) performs baptisms for the dead. However, these baptisms are done by proxy - meaning a living person stands in for the deceased and is baptized in their behalf. There are no dead bodies involved, and therefore no febreeze or air fresheners of any kind.

Is it proper to dress a teen girl as an infant for Catholic baptism?

Not necessarily. The only symbolic dress that would be appropriate is something white, since that is the color associated with Baptism. While the Catholic Church allows for an infant Baptism, and while infant Baptisms are the most frequent, several thousand Catholics are Baptized every year as adults. i have seen many preteen and teen girls dressed in white gowns or dresses with bonnets, lace anklet or tights and booties who were baptized at Easter vigil over the years .they looked very pure and innocent and entered gods kingdom as infants for their baptisms.

Can children be baptized Orthodox and Catholic?

No, because Christians can only be baptized once, as we say in the Creed: "I acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins." The Pope has stated that he accepts all Orthodox baptisms as valid, but not all Orthodox churches accept Roman Catholic baptisms as being valid (because Catholics sprinkle with water, rather than fully immerse), so a child baptized in an Orthodox Church would be accepted as valid by both.
