You should not give citrus fruits to a hamster at all.
No, you can give them to the hamster as they are but be warned only give them a small amount as an excessive of citrus fruits can cause them problems. oh and you may of heard about drying the oranges as you not supposed to feed hamsters lots of watery foods.
