there are 2 daycares one is just for leveling Pokemon (each step you take will count torward 1 exp)
and one use mainly for breeding. you must put in a Pokemon and another of the opposite gender, or it and a ditto. note 2 ditto cannot breed, it will always come in the form of an egg which is the same species as the female (or male in the case of a ditto) and can only get egg moves from the male (again or female with ditto).the Pokemon must get along, get along very well, or don't seem to like each other to breed . if hes says the prefere to play w/ others then it wont work
