the first daycare center in fire red is in cerulean city the best way to get there i think (just in case you don't have cut) is to go to the house that team rocket ransacked and go out the hole in the back wall turn right go straight down don't jump over the brown thing or you will be back where you started so move over to the right. go straight down take a left you will see another brown thing on the ground jump over it and keep going down you will jump over them 5 times and you will see a building go in there and that is the daycare center!and there you go hope it helps its all you got!
