Why do many questionnaires only have 'some college' as an option for people who have an associate's degree?

I hate how some applications don't have "Associates Degree" as an option. If you have an associates degree and you are filling out an application like that, you should write "Associates Degree in ____" on the side. I think that shows pride in your achievements, and you deserve to feel proud of getting an associates degree. "Some college" does not mean "associates degree". Someone who took 2 college classes could check "some college", and you took about 20. I agree with the above contributor. Applications should have a designation for the completion of an Associates degree. An Associates degree shows completion. There are Associates degrees as an Registered nurse, in Technology, Educating, multiple Allied Health fields, and the list goes on, and on, and on. As stated above, if it were me I would make sure I indicated the Associates degree on the application. Viper1

How many credits can i use I have an associate degree how many different credits will I need for a second associate's degreeI will use all of my core classes and more from liberal arts degree?

The amount of credits that can be applied from one associates to another second associates would be strictly dependent on what area that second associates is in. For example, a Liberal Arts degree would do better with a second Associates of Arts in International Studies rather than in Engineering. Nonetheless, unless the second associates is in a specific practical field - Allied Health for example - why would you want a second associates degree. You would be much better off using your already accumulated credits toward a Bachelors Degree. I would recommend moving vertically and not horizontally. Viper1

If you have an associates in dental hygiene and a bachelor's in allied health services is getting your master's in health administration through Phoenix University a good option?

This is a complex question. It depends on what job you intend to apply for. In addition, if you are referring to an online degree, I believe the jury is still out on how much credibility will be given to online degrees. If you have an online degree and another applicant has a Masters from an accredited school where they attended daily lectures and classes, which degree carries more weight. The more education you have the better, however I think you need to look carefully at the jobs you will be seeking and who you will be competing with for those jobs.
