It is more important that you do well in your studies rather than specifically what course of study you pursue. People with degrees in law, accounting, foreign languages, sciences, technology, liberal arts, education, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, etc. have all been accepted into the position of Special Agent.
You can go to any college that has a degree in justice and if accepted into the FBI you would go through their training before becoming an agent.
No you can not become an FBI agent when you have gone to a juvenile facility.

No FBI Director has ever become the US President, nor has any FBI Special Agent become the US President. President Nixon applied to become a Special Agent but was not accepted for this position.
All FBI agents are required to be US Citizens.
