Among American coins alone, many - look at the quarters in your pocket for example.
Also JFK and Franklin halves (very small image on the latter); Morgan, Ike, SBA, and Sacagawea dollars; seated Liberty and Barber quarters.
Many German coins have the German Eagle in a similar pose.
The coin is a Morgan dollar and assuming no little letters on the back of the coin under the eagle (S-O-CC) the value is $17.00-$26.00
You need to give us the year of the coin. Without knowing the year it is absolutely impossible to answer your question.
The reverse of the coin shows a soaring eagle.
The date is on the front of the coin under the "walking Lady" regardless of that, value is about $18.00
Two different types of silver dollars are dated 1921. This was the last year for the Morgan dollars and the first for the Peace dollars. The eagle on the reverse of the the Peace dollar has it's wings folded. Circulated coins are valued from $70.00-$180.00 for this coin. The eagle on the Morgan has it's wings spread out, it's worth $30.00-$37.00.

Each is a separate series of dollar coins and the designs are very different. Morgan dollars were issued from 1878 to 1904 and again in 1921, the obverse (front) of the coin has a portrait of Miss Liberty with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM above her head, on the reverse the eagle has its wings spread out. The Peace dollar was also issued in 1921 to 1928 and 1934 & 1935 the obverse of this coin has the word LIBERTY above Miss Liberty's head and the eagle on the reverse has its wings folded.
$275.00 to $300.0 in circulated condition.
You are most likely talking about a Morgan Dollar, there are many rare dates/mintmarks. You need to provide the date of the coin and the mintmark (found on the reverse under the wreath, some coins have no mintmark but it will either be O, CC, S, or D if there is a mintmark) without knowing that I can't tell if you have a $22 coin or a $220 coin.
Every state. only California has an eagle on the backside of it.CorrectionCalifornia's quarter shows a condor rather than an eagle. Up to 1998, quarters were required by law to have an eagle on the reverse side. That restriction was discontinued in 1999 so that each state could have its own design on the back.
