What coler can ferrets be?

Domestic ferrets come in many colors and patterns:

Albino- an all white ferret with red/ruby eyes

Dark eyed white- an all white ferret with black eyes

Sable- The guardhairs (the outer, longer hairs) are dark brown to black in color, and the undercoat is cream colored. The tail and legs are the same color as the body. The face has a full band, black, "bandit" mask

Silver- Guard hairs are dark grey to light silver, with silver patches around the face.

Chocolate- A variation of the sable, this ferret is a lighter brown color.

Cinnamon- Another sable variation, this ferret has a reddish tint to its coat.

Then there are the different patterns:

Point- The ferret has a "V" shaped masked which may be darker or lighter than the rest of the body.

Mitt- The ferret has white feet and a white bib on the chest.

Blaze- This ferret has a white stripe down the head and neck. Ferrets with white on their head can be predisposed to deafness

Panda- The whole head is white, with some white extending down the neck. Usually has a white bib and feet.
