There are no required courses you must take in High School. The classes required to become something are taken in college. High School classes are just used to give you a background into what you'll be studying at college. However, I would recommend you take a lot of art classes and maybe graphic designing if it's available.Â

DeVry College is an esteemed business school, but most colleges have a business degree. Berea College has a great business management program, that if taken in conjunction with some of the communications classes would provide an excellent sales management experience.
At least a high school diploma, some college classes in the gardening are would help.
You should probably take classes that relate to your desired career, if any are offered at your high school. General classes to take are English and Math, and other college-preparatory classes. In the end though, the classes that you choose in high school generally won't matter as much to a college as how well you did (your GPA (grade pooint average)) and your test scores. If you are trying to get into a really prestigious college it would matter more.
