A Border Collie's eyes can come in any shade of brown. Border Collies that are not black have noticeable lighter-coloured eyes. It is also acceptable for Border Collies (except merles) to have one or both eyes that is completely or partially blue, although this eye colour is not preferable.
When they are puppies their eyes are a beautiful green. As they get older their eyes go from green to hazel/Carmel. Usually their eyes are about the same color as their coat. This helps them blend in for hunting
Research has found that dogs (no matter on the breed) do see in limited colour. It is thought that dogs can see blues and yellows the best and that they are able to differentiate between various shades of blue and violet, but that they have difficulty distinguishing reds from green. They are considered similar to red-green colour-blind humans.
The most common eye color is brown. Some dogs like huskies have blue eyes, and some may have hazel colored too.
Black and white just like all the other kinds of dogs.
Big, brown eyes. (well, my lab has!)

when you see all of the colors when they combine it makes black
It depends on what your question is. Cats do not see only black and white, but they do see black and white, as well as other colors(though the colors are blurry :/)
Labs can have black, yellow and chocolate puppies all in the same litter. They carry the genes to produce colors other than the color they are.
Because they are black Labradors. Also lab is short for Labrador
they do not see in only black and white. they dont see colors as vibrantly but can see colors.
Labrador retrievers come in only 3 recognized colors, black, chocolate and yellow. Fox red, snow and silver are just color variation of yellow labrador Retrievers. For more information on the breed check the Akc site for the breed. http://www.akc.org/breeds/labrador_retriever/index.cfm
It is believed they see no colors(black and white). And so they would not see either of these colors.
