Both fancy mice and feeder mice are the same TYPE of mice, with the same genetics. The difference is that fancy mice are (hopefully, although at most pet stores, this isn't the norm) bred for temperament, color, and health. Feeder mice are typically just bred for snake food, so nothing else is taken into consideration. HOWEVER, please note that some pet stores will separate all the mice they get into feeder and fancy based on colouration. (white mice are feeder, while 'pretty' ones are fancy) This does not necessarily mean that one will be a better pet than the other. One is probably just cheaper.
Here are the most common:
Agouti- brown (the color of wild house mice)
Black
Recessive yellow (fawn/gold color)
Chocolate
Beige
Lilac (gray)
Blue (deep gray)
PEW (pink eyed white)
In addition, a mouse may be broken (meaning spotted), Fox (meaning that the belly is a different color than the back of the mouse), brindle (striped), and long, short, or curly haired.
