President Dwight D. Eisenhower
I am not sure which president fits this description, but I do know that President Eisenhower's staff removed three squirrels that were digging up Ike's favorite putting green on the White House grounds. It wasn't that the president hating squirrels-- he hated what they were doing to his golf game. On the other hand, President Reagan became rather fond of the White House squirrels, and on one of his presidential Christmas cards, he had a picture of a squirrel running across the lawn.
He had a tree in White House lawn decorated for a Christmas Tree.
Who?
Deer and squirrels are capable of digesting vegetation. To them, your lawn is food. That's why they eat it.
The White House lawn.

Andrew Johnson had nothing to do with an Easter Egg Roll at the White House. That event was brought to the White House by Rutherford B. Hayes when it was no longer possible to do it on the Capitol lawn.
John F. Kennedy is the president who played football on the White House lawn. He played football games on the lawn with his family, which drew interest from the public and furthered his image as a family man.
He supposedly decorated a tree on the White House lawn for a Christmas tree.
