Add a small amount of blue and mix, then adjust for the colour of brown you require.
you will need to add brown oxide tint (not the red brown) and also maybe just a hint of blue to tone it down, since blue+orange=brown.
To make the color brown from green, you can mix in a bit of red or orange. This will neutralize the green and create a brown hue. Start by adding small amounts of the red or orange color to the green until you achieve the desired shade of brown.

Depending on how much brown you add you will get anything from a deep orange to a rusty brown.

orange and purple combined make a reddish- brown. The reason is orange is red plus yellow, and purple is red plus blue, the three primary colors are red, yellow, and blue. When they are combined they make brown. You will add one additional red in using the orange, thus, the reddish hue in the brown color resulting.
