Something a light cream or an offwhite.
black or dark brown ..........
With a neutral palette on the walls and floor, virtually anything will "go," and you may wish to take the opportunity to inject color into the space.
Gold or yellow! Roses, reds, pinks also look great!
It is always safe to go with a neutral light beige. You can then change the room color and furniture to anything you want it to be and not have to worry that is isn't going to match the carpet. Better yet, go with hardwood.
I'd put the carpet as a cream color with some furniture that would be beige, light brown and deep, rich brown. Hope that helps!
You could get a light grey carpet and go for a period styled/French look, it might look odd at first but you should get some white chandeliers and white furniture to make it all match and it'll look great!
Black works great as a contrast to the orange, but it depends on how bright the color is.
-light Sage green -beige -light tan -sand -light yellowish cream
4 colors is a bit to much try either black curtains or grey.
It really depends on your primary color is. Do you want a black bedroom or a red bedroom? In my opinion, black is a better base color, so I would do 3 black walls and one red accent wall. See the related link below, it should give you an idea of how a bedroom with black walls looks:
For a modern look you should put a lot of white furniture, also black it good. You should put a splash of color here and there like a yellow flower arangment of somethin like that. Reds of light browns could work too depending on the size of the room. Hope it helped! :)
Always, always choose neutral colors for carpets/flooring. That way you can put any color furniture on top of them. With yellow walls, I would recommend Zinc gray carpet: plumcarpet[dot]com/products/zincgray-carpet Gives you nice contrast, but still frees you up. If you use a bright color in flooring it limits what you can do with the rest of the room.
