I would say black because it really makes your eyes POP. Well, kind of.
*silver is very good, liquids are good, but if your not comfortable with them pencil is fine too. i agree that black is good, but sometimes it gets to be too much. greens make your eyes look interesting because it highlights the size of your eye. *

∙ 13y agoSometimes black eyeliner do make blue eyes really stand out, but blue eyes should really stick with browns to make them pop. Black brings out a more greyish tone in them, where brown makes the actual blue show more.
