This completely depends on the ancestors of both of the parents for instence my friend had a black stallion and a white mare but her foal came out brown. this is because the mare's mother was brown, basically the brown gene from the "grandmother" skipped one genaration but was still in the white mares blood and so it was passed onto the foal.
Genes can infact be passed on up to five generations down the line. hope this helps!
A bay, like himself.
It depends on the sire and the dam's parents, but the foal will most likely be bay. Here is the link for an equine color calculator: http://www.animalgenetics.us/CCalculator1.asp
The exact color of the foal will vary according to the exact genetic coding of both parents and without that information it can be almost impossible to tell you what color a foal may be.
you pick a breed that has the cherry bay coat and breed howrse will randomly pick a coat color from that breed for your foal, or you can just buy one You can use the Hera Pack and choose the coat of the foal. Or you can buy a cherry bay foal. OR, just hope your mare gives birth to one.
Depending on the exact genes of both parents, the foal could be: Black Chestnut Bay The foal may also be a dun The foal cannot be gray because a gray foal must have one gray parent. Probably a dark dun or a black or a grey but it sometimes depends on the mother and farther's parents.

You are likely to get a chestnuty/bay colour I think.
Usually the darker color will dominate, the foals color will usually be the darker of the two. But sometimes it will depend on the genes too.
It is still called a foal. Sucking foal.
The mother of a foal is called a dam.
The mare is the mother and the foal is the baby. Until the foal is self-sufficient, the mother will be quite protective and caring.
The fathers job is to protect the foal and the Dam as the mother raises the foal
