Almost any color will go well with a zebra print as it's based in two neutral colors (white and black). Though, it's all a matter of opinion. People often pair it with red.
As stated above, zebra print is based on two neutral colours - black & white, so you are able to use very nearly any colour. For a "young and trendy" look use any of the bright or neon colours - pink, green, blue or even yellow. For a more subtle or sophisticated look use tans, wheat colours, browns and a touch of black (the colours of the African savanna). If you choose the latter, try adding in other animal prints or "African" fabrics, designs or accessories.
I would say brown or black -Maybe creme would be a good complementary colours. Those are pretty good colours to use, depending on the shade of the spots.
