There is Blue Gi's and Blue belt ( 6th belt )
Grey is not a color of judo . White and blue colored gi(dress),and belt color may different .
Yes, you can bleach an unbleached Judo gi. However, it is not going to come out right. They never do. An unbleached gi is generally used as a "practice" gi or training gi. It also get a funny feel to to it after you bleach it. I highly recommend to keep it unbleached. If you are trying to bleach it blue, for a competition gi, I also advise not to do it. You must be within a very specific color range of blue for it to be legal (pantone color 265 for us judo geeks).
yes it is! :)
Grey is not used in belt colors for judo rankings.

A Judo Gi. The Gi in Japanese is translated into uniform. There are different types of uniforms. White and Blue, competition one and non-competition. Normally you will wear your non-competition uniform in your Dojo (the hall where you train with your instructors) And you'll wear your thick and heavy Gi to competitions. Also, it's very useful to own both white and blue uniforms. Because at competition you may be asked to switch colours. I personally use my blue Gi for competitions and my white Gi when I'm training. Hope this helps :)
It is tradition for the color to be white as it has been for centuries.
in judo competitions on judoka wears white and one blue so the referee knows who's who.
