There are 3, one is yellow (constant 12v+ for the memory) red (+) and black (-) if you have a motorized antenna, that one is most likely blue.

red wire= main power/postive yellow wire=main power/memory black wire=ground wire/negative
pull out the old one put in the new one, wire to wire color coated. power it izup
simple rule of car electronics: The black wire is ALWAYS ground
The ground wire is black. The power wire is red. The speaker wires are green and yellow. The auxiliary wire is white.
Usually in the basics of any head unit installation you need to wire everything according to color... For what your askin the constant wire coming out from your car and coming out from your stereo is yellow so look for that first
green
the black wire or yellow wire are not connected right
Unfortunately, there isn't a single universal color code for wires in the car. Usually, the red wires power the vehicle, and the brown wires handle the starter.?æBefore anything else, however, make sure you have proof that you own the car. Hotwiring can get you in a buttload of trouble if you don't.
Positive Wires are usually red.
Yes a remote wire is necessary. You must wire the remote wire from the amp to and ignition source of power (a component which turns on when the ignition in the car is engaged.) i.e. the radio. The remote wire signals for the amp to power on.
A good wire gauge for car radios is 18 gauge. This wire runs between the radio and its power supply from the vehicle.
