Roman Catholic AnswerThe Holy Father wears a white cassock at all times. During liturgical functions he wears a white alb over that with the the appropriate colored cope or chausable over it.
The color of his vestments depends upon the liturgical season, ceremony or feast day. Generally, during Lent and Advent, he will wear violet vestments. At feasts such as Christmas or Easter he will wear gold or white. On feast days of martyrs or Pentecost, Palm Sunday and Good Friday red is worn. During the 'Ordinary' time of the year green is the color of vestments. These are the same colors worn by any priest or bishop throughout the year.

When not vested for a liturgical event the pope usually wears a simple white soutane (cassock).
The pope wears a white cassock and the occasional red on top for formal occasions. Then he will wear whatever the liturgical color is for mass

Roman Catholic AnswerThe color of the priest's robes is dependent first on the season of the year, and secondly on the feast day that he is celebrated. Christmas and Easter are white, Advent and Lent are violet, Ordinary Time is green. The third Sunday of Advent, and the fourth Sunday of Lent, Rose may be worn. On all feasts of the Lord, White (Gold may be substituted) is worn, Red is for the Holy Spirit and memorials of martyrs. Violet is for penance. Funerals may be white, violet, or black.

Catholic AnswerPriests normally wear a black robe for street or house wear, it is called a cassock. They wear a white robe called an alb over this for liturgical services. For Mass they wear a chasuble over that that is the color of the liturgical season: white for Christmas and Easter, Violet for Advent and Lent, Green for Ordinary Time, Red for Martyrs and feasts of the Holy Spirit, also for Good Friday.

If you are referring to his "every day clothes" (what he wears when not officiating at a liturgical event) it consists of a white simar (cassock with a shoulder cape attached to it) girded with the fringed white fascia (often with the papal coat of arms embroidered on it), the pectoral cross suspended from a gold cord, the red papal shoes (except that Pope Francis has chosen simple black shoes), and the white zucchetto.
