The power of the engine and the maximum speed of the 1961 Buick le Sabre wagon automatic are 250 hp and 100 mph respectively.
I don't quite understand the question but will answer to what I think you are asking. The speedometor tops out at 120 ,as do most American car's of the era. 1961 Buick's with the 401 cubic inch 325 horsepower engine can easily achieve that speed and then some. I hope this answer's the question.
The maximum speed of the Buick special manual 8cyl 155hp 1961 is 90 miles per hour.
The V6 had 135 h.p. and the V8 had 155 h.p. Top speed on the V6 was 95 mph and on the V8 was 107.
1961 Buick full size line of car's [lesabre invicta electra] use either a bendix or delco style master cylinder. The easiest way to make sure you are ordering the correct part is to remove it and take it apart. You will need to measure the cylinder bore and get the part number from the unit to make sure you get the correct part. You can get this part and other's from Kanter or C.A.R.S inc. I am in the prosess of redoing a 61 invicta and have found both of these companie's very helpfull. Good luck on your ride. Andy
