There are a few colors I would recommend for your curtains, some of the colors I would suggest you use for your curtains is: red, baby blue, mahogany, brown, or yellow. These colors would depend on if you want your curtains to stand out or blend in with the scenery.

Start by stripping the wall paper. use a good commercial stripper and be sure to wash all of the walls down well after it is gone. Any residue will effect the look of the paint. Next, take a sample of the colour you are trying to match to a good paint retailer... I don't usually use a "big box" store for this. Have them match the paint for you. Paint the walls that are no longer wallpapered. Alternately, you may want to repaint the whole place with a new colour, but that is up to you.

Common colors of ceramic floor tiles include white and beige. The best color to match white walls and brown curtains would probably be yellow.
For sky blue walls, consider using curtains in white, light grey, silver, or cream to create a soft and cohesive look. These neutral colors will complement the sky blue walls without overwhelming the space. Alternatively, you can choose curtains in a complementary color like soft pink or coral for a subtle pop of contrast.
