To unfreeze your Blackberry 9800 the steps will vary depending on what is causing the actual freeze issue. If the phone is simply locked because of a program that has stopped responding, you can turn it off by removing the battery. Reinsert the battery and turn the phone back on.

Not sure if this is possible but one way to copy things such as photos, game scores and music and numbers stored on internal storage is to back up your blackberry data using the blackberry desktop manager that comes with the phone when purchased. However once your phone is plugged into the computer with the usb cord provided with the phone, one can see the connection through desktop manager. Then it is possible to select the option back up and restore. With this you can back up the data on your blackberry, you can save this back up and then once you connect your other blackberry device, use the retore option to apply the backed up information to your other blackberry device. Hope this works! Best of luck!
