We get the white light because white light is made up of different colours of light. These are the colours you see in a rainbow - red,orange,yellow,green,blue,indigo,and violet,(roygbiv). You can also remember it as ( richard of york gains battle in vain ). Or in primary level it is also called (vibgyor).
