All of them
As I know, only Starfire and Robin were a couple in the original series.
Her real name is Komand'r, Starfire's sister. She was born sickly and was unable to fly. She destroyed everything her sister ever loved and tried to kill her. Eventually, she took over their home planet of Tamaran after forcing their father, King Myand'r to abdicate.
No, Robin and Blackfire do NOT kiss. There is, however, a moment in the episode Blackfire intros in that Starfire sees the shadows of Robin and Blackfire kissing, but I assure you that no actual kissing takes place.
Princess Koriand'r was 12 years old. Her evil sister, Komand'r was behind it. Her slavery lasted for 6 years. Their enemy, the psions conducted a science experiment on BOTH of them. The machine malfunctioned and exploded, and they developed starbolt powers. The sisters were separated and Princess Koriand'r escaped into a spaceship and after 3 months, she arrived on Earth. The Teen Titans named her Starfire because of her powers. Her evil sister, Komand'r took the name Blackfire.
In the comic books, Nightwing (Dick Grayson) and Starfire (Koriand'r) have had a romantic relationship but they have never officially gotten married in the main continuity. Their relationship has been complicated with different writers and storylines portraying various dynamics between them.
The comic books, because I never like cartoons with animation and drawings that look "fake". Conversely, I never liked the Teen Titans in comic form, but rather enjoyed the cartoon. The comic book tried a little too hard to be "edgy" and "relevant", while the cartoon was just goofy and fun. (Also, cartoon Starfire was a lot cuter than the implanterrific comic version.)

In the movie "Trouble in Tokyo", Robin and Starfire kiss, although, the show was canceled, so we're not sure if they're a couple. In the Teen Titans Go! comics, they are an item, and in the very last issue, they are seen kissing, so we can assume if the show was continued, they would be in a relationship. In the original comic books, they had a relationship, however, it ended. Raven, possessed by Trigon, crashed their wedding, and afterward, the two broke up, permanently. Before Raven broke them up, Raven shared a relationship with Nightwing due to her empathetic powers, as she unknowingly manipulated him into loving her. All of this occurred while Nightwing was still in a relationship with Koriand'r. Ultimately, Raven realized that she only loved him as a brother, and moved on. In the comics, currently, Starfire still has feelings for Robin, whilst it is unknown if Dick still loves her.
Hyperion Books for Children published the book.
I'm sorry I don't read the books but poly means more then 1 so I would say the curse from the many titans.
