1. Use the rar command. rar e <rar file name>
Open it, extract the files from it and view the files.

From the command line: To find the files there are a variety of utilities that you can use including: find, locate, and slocate. To remove the files use the command: rm filename.ext
To extract the contents of a JAR file like tools.jar, you can use the jar command or unzip. Using the jar command, the syntax is: jar xf tools.jar Alternatively, you can use the unzip command: unzip tools.jar Both commands will extract the contents of the JAR file into the current directory.
Use the command: ls z* for those files in your current working directory.
