Another community college that is very well known for their high transfer rates is Santa Monica Community College, in Santa Monica, CA. That particular college probably didn't show up because of the housing factor. However, they do have an agreement with separate housing companies that will rent out apartments to students at a discounted price. I would recommend looking more into that college, or doing your own search on CollegeBoard.com to match more of your own preferences.
